Hybrid 3 days per week preferred in Berkeley, CA

Our client seeks a Senior NetSuite Administrator with full-cycle implementation experience to support a critical go-live. The role requires advanced NetSuite configuration across financials, issue triage for integrations and data, and hands-on UAT and cutover support. You will collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to stabilize the platform and optimize processes post go-live. You will operate independently and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a hands-on implementation contributor advancing the go-live roadmap with consultants and internal IT.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues, data gaps, and integration failures across AP automation, multi-entity/multi-book, and journal entry integrations.
  • Participate in UAT, validate configuration against business requirements, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Support data migration including mapping, validation, cleansing, and cutover planning.
  • Identify risks, flag scope concerns, and communicate status with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Administer NetSuite roles and permissions, saved searches, workflows, custom forms, fields, and records.
  • Configure and maintain AP and AR workflows, approval routing, and vendor management processes.
  • Support multi-subsidiary and multi-book accounting, including intercompany eliminations and consolidation.
  • Coordinate and review work from the third-party support vendor.
  • Provide user support, triage issues, and maintain system stability through and after go-live.
  • Document configurations, workflows, and procedures for knowledge transfer.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual workarounds, and optimize performance.

Experience Requirements:
  • At least one full NetSuite implementation from configuration through go-live.
  • 7+ years of NetSuite administration with depth in Financials (GL, AP, AR), workflows, and reporting.
  • Strong configuration and problem-solving skills with ownership of complex issues end to end.
  • Data migration experience including mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover planning.
  • Experience working with third-party consultants and vendors with accountability to quality and timelines.
  • Clear communication skills translating technical topics for finance and operations stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving project environment with shifting priorities and self-direction.
  • SuiteScript ability to read, troubleshoot, and make minor modifications (preferred).
  • Experience with multi-entity or multi-subsidiary NetSuite environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AP automation, SFTP-based integrations, or third-party payment platforms (preferred).
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or service-industry environments (preferred).
  • Experience supporting NetSuite alongside Oracle or another ERP platform (preferred).
