Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and communication focused Project Manager to support network and firewall related initiatives. This role focuses on coordination, communication, and visibility rather than technical execution. You will partner closely with technical leads such as firewall and network engineers who own implementation, while you manage process, timelines, stakeholder communication, and overall delivery.

This role requires onsite presence one to two days per week in either Des Moines or Portland.

Note: This is a W2 only role — C2C, C2H will not be considered

Responsibilities:• Manage end to end coordination of network and firewall initiatives and change activities

• Track and manage a high volume of tasks while clearly documenting deadlines and dependencies

• Act as the primary point of communication between technical teams and business stakeholders

• Provide consistent status reporting including weekly updates, summaries, and simple dashboards

• Identify and communicate risks, blockers, and upcoming impacts to applications, users, or business functions

• Translate technical activities into clear and business friendly messaging

• Maintain organized tracking of workstreams, progress, and deliverables

• Support prioritization efforts and help technical leads stay aligned to workload and timelines

• Coordinate stakeholder notifications and ensure impacted groups are informed appropriately

Qualifications:• Strong project management or project coordination experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and high task volume

• Strong organizational skills including task, risk, and dependency tracking

• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language

• Experience creating concise reporting such as tables, summaries, or lightweight dashboards

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across technical and non technical teamsTools and Technologies:• Task and project tracking tools
