Position: Senior ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps Specialist
Location: Remote

Description

• Implement and configure ServiceNow AIOps, including
• Event Management
• Health Log Analytics (HLA)
• Agent client collector implementation and Metric Intelligence (MI)
• Machine Learning–based anomaly detection
• Integrate monitoring tools (using OOTB Connector, REST API, SNMP trap etc.) into ServiceNow.
• Design AIOps architecture, data flows, dashboards, and service health models.
• Configure alert rules, correlation logic, noise reduction policies, and service impact models.
• Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and orchestration.
• Design ServiceNow Orchestration workflows and automation packs, and build automated remediation for common incidents
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and ITSM teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Conduct client workshops, requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript); working knowledge of Python/Shell/PowerShell.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS‑ITOM, CIS‑Discovery, CIS‑Event Management).
