Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Python Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions that support business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python development, machine learning frameworks, and cloud-based data platforms, with the ability to build scalable AI/ML models and integrate them into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and data-driven solutions using Python.

  • Build and maintain machine learning pipelines, including data ingestion, preprocessing, training, and deployment.

  • Develop scalable APIs and microservices to integrate ML models into enterprise applications.

  • Work with large datasets and perform feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ML solutions.

  • Implement MLOps practices including model monitoring, retraining, and version control.

  • Optimize model performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI/ML applications.

  • Document models, processes, and technical solutions for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in software development with strong Python programming skills.

  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

  • Experience building data pipelines and ML workflows.

  • Strong knowledge of data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Spark.

  • Experience working with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment.

  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP frameworks.

  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

  • Experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, or AI model orchestration frameworks.

  • Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools.
