About this Position

Primary responsibility is to grow the Life Licensees Sales Force through communication, relationship building, coaching and mentoring, and promotional activities with e sales force leaders, home office executive team, and Distribution and Marketing internal partners. Other responsibilities include acting as a positive "ambassador" for Primerica through field interactions which produce vital feedback obtained from the sales force regarding issues pertaining to Life Licensing.

Salary range $75K - $79K USD

Responsibilities & Qualifications

This role partners closely with sales force leadership to analyze business performance, identify growth drivers, and assist leaders in setting and achieving clear goals and tracking mechanisms. Supports leaders in understanding the dynamics of team growth, including promotions and compensation impacts, to create actionable strategies that drive sustainable sales force expansion.

Analyze sales force data and reports, monitor activity, identify sales force growth opportunities, identify successful practices and communicate these to the sales force leadership, develop working relationships, and provide technical/motivational presentations on growing the Life Licensed sales force

Work closely with Grow the Sales Force, Strategic Markets, and the Field Distribution Directors to identify growth opportunities and facilitate H/O organized events where appropriate.

Supervise respective Licensing Consultants in their Region to promote and grow the Licensing Specialist role, conducting Licensing Specialist training, accountability meetings, and growing the number of Specialists.

Interface and work with the Life Licensing operations area on process improvements as suggested by the field. Also, create, coordinate, and communicate Life Licensing Incentives, process changes, and enhancements to the Primerica sales force via formal presentations, webinars, Zooms, conference calls, and print materials.

Meet activity expectations to achieve monthly Licensing goals set forth by management and communicate any field concerns, recommendations, and process updates/changes/enhancements to appropriate parties-both internal and external-via in-person field meetings and online presentations.

Create and deliver effective training and presentations (in person, webinar, or conference call) to promote Primerica Life License growth.

Adhere and operate within appropriate budget for region. Travels offsite to Company and Field sponsored events to present to Primerica Reps. Protects the company's authority to do business by complying with legal and ethical standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

Resident State Life License Required

Securities Licensed Preferred
Expert in Primerica field force, life insurance products and has extensive industry knowledge
Ability to travel extensively
Ability to speak in front of large audiences frequently
Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends
