Location: IA-West Des Moines, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite
Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offered to clients. As a Microsoft 365 Adoption and Enablement Specialist, you will join the Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities:
Monitor M365 roadmap, message center updates, and release notes
Work with product owners to analyze new and updated M365 product features.
Assess business value, risk, compliance, and technical readiness of new capabilities with the product owners
Develop adoption strategies and rollout plans for approved m365 features partnering with appropriate teams to ensure smooth implementation
Create user guidance, FAQs, and best-practice documentation
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and track adoption metrics
Identify opportunities to improve productivity through better use of M365 tools
Qualifications:
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Collaboration, documentation, and presentation skills
Proactive mindset and desire to continuously learn
M365 enterprise environment experience 5+ years
Strong understanding of core M365 services 3+ years
Ability to analyze technical changes and translate them to business impact 5+ years
Change management, user adoption, or other M365 implementation initiatives 3+ years
Experience with regulated or financial services environments 3+ years
Experience supporting/using Power Platform, Sharepoint, Teams and OneDrive 3+ years
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $115,000 or the hourly equivalent.
