Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product / Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, design teams, and technology teams to define, shape, and deliver high-quality digital solutions. The role combines strong business analysis fundamentals with product thinking, helping translate business strategy, user needs, and emerging technology opportunities into valuable products and services. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating across discovery and delivery activities, partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, and support the successful implementation of client-facing, workflow, AI-enabled, and data-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities including elicitation, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements. • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and translate needs into clear and actionable requirements. • Contribute to the design and evolution of digital products, workflows, dashboards, and client-facing solutions. • Partner with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business objectives. • Support agile delivery through backlog refinement, user story development, acceptance criteria definition, and ongoing requirements clarification. • Work effectively across remote and geographically dispersed teams.

Core Skills & Experience

• 10+ years'' experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. • Strong experience producing detailed business and functional requirements documentation. • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. • Proven experience working within Agile delivery environments. • Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new business domains, technologies, and business processes. • Experience working with distributed and remote teams.

Domain Experience

• Experience working within Professional Services organisations. • Executive Search, Recruitment, Consulting, or related professional services experience would be highly desirable.

Specific Technical & Functional Experience

Client-Facing Digital Solutions • Experience working on digital client portals and client-facing platforms. • Ability to define requirements and user experiences that enable the secure sharing of data, insights, reports, presentations, and other client deliverables. Product Discovery & Innovation • Experience supporting product discovery activities, including problem definition, opportunity assessment, stakeholder workshops, and requirements prioritisation. • Ability to translate business strategy and user needs into product concepts, features, and delivery roadmaps. • Experience working collaboratively with Product Managers, Designers, and Technology teams to validate ideas and shape solutions before delivery. • Comfortable using experimentation, prototypes, proof of concepts, and user feedback to inform decision-making. • Experience balancing business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints when defining solutions. AI & Emerging Technology Solutions • Familiarity with AI-enabled products and solutions. • Experience gathering requirements for AI-assisted workflows, automation, knowledge management, productivity, or employee experience solutions. • Familiarity with low-code, no-code, or AI configuration environments. • Ability to assess business opportunities for AI and translate them into practical requirements and user outcomes. Workflow & Process Modelling • Experience modelling business processes and workflows. • BPMN modelling experience preferred, ideally using tools such as Bizagi. • Experience supporting the design and implementation of automated workflows across multiple business functions. Data & Analytics Solutions • Experience working on data-centric projects. • Ability to understand high-level datasets, data structures, and data models. • Experience defining requirements for dashboards, reporting solutions, analytics products, and user interfaces. • Ability to work closely with data, analytics, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
