Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SSIS Developer to join our client''s team in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, ETL development, and data integration. Experience working in the Insurance domain is highly preferred.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.
  • Experience working with SQL Server databases (2016/2019 or later).
  • Ability to troubleshoot ETL failures and optimize data loads.
  • Experience with data migration, data validation, and data quality processes.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server Agent jobs and deployment of SSIS packages.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the Insurance domain.
  • Knowledge of SSRS and SSAS.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) or cloud-based ETL solutions.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control tools.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SQL Server and SSIS development.
  • Insurance industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
