About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join a high-impact team building consumer-facing experiences across mobile applications, web, and devices. In this role, you will define and drive UX strategy for complex, AI-powered customer-facing products.
You are a systems thinker and strong design advocate-someone who can translate ambiguity into clear, customer-centric experiences, confidently justify design decisions with data and insight, and influence partners across Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams. You will help shape product direction by grounding decisions in customer needs while balancing technical feasibility and business goals.
This role requires a designer who is savvy, analytically sharp, and articulate, with a passion for consumer products and the ability to think holistically across ecosystems, surfaces, and touchpoints.

Key Job Responsibilities
Define and own end-to-end UX strategy for consumer-facing experiences across mobile, web, and devices
Translate complex product goals, AI-driven capabilities, and business requirements into simple, intuitive, and elegant customer experiences
Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Content, and Business stakeholders to shape product vision and roadmap
Lead design explorations from early concept through final execution, including information architecture, interaction design, and visual systems
Confidently articulate, defend, and iterate on design decisions using customer insights, usability findings, data, and design principles
Create high-quality deliverables: journey maps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready specs
Design experiences that scale across platforms and modalities, including touch, voice, and device-based interactions
Contribute to and evolve design systems and UX patterns to ensure consistency and scalability
Advocate relentlessly for the customer while balancing speed, quality, and business impact

Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience in UX, Interaction, or Product Design
Proven experience designing consumer-facing applications, particularly mobile apps and large-scale consumer products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership, strategic thinking, and polished execution
Experience designing for complex systems, multi-surface ecosystems, or device-based experiences
Ability to clearly communicate design rationale to diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making
Deep understanding of usability, interaction patterns, accessibility, and inclusive design
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environments
