  • Contract: W2 only, 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full-time  

  • Pay: $43/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match 

Overview 

This position provides meaningful business value by delivering data-driven insights, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening internal controls across supported business units. By combining performance analytics with hands-on process understanding and risk assessment, this role enhances audit readiness, reduces operational surprises, and equips leadership with clear, actionable visibility into trends and opportunities. Key Responsibilities 

  • Proficient in leveraging core Microsoft Office tools to organize, analyze, and present information effectively. 

  • Demonstrates a strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data. 

  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward. 

  • Skilled at leading difficult or sensitive conversations with confidence, clarity, and professionalism. 

  • Able to navigate ambiguity effectively, applying sound judgment to move work forward in uncertain environments. 

  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc operational reporting, dashboards, and data driven insights to improve efficiency and customer experience. 

  • Document business processes, identify risks and control gaps, perform control testing, and support remediation efforts. 

  • Support Asset Management reporting and analysis across generators, HVACs, Tech Ops, Supply Chain, and Retail operations. 

  • Conduct fleet assessments and provide analysis on efficiency, risks, and improvement opportunities. 

  • Partner with business units and present quarterly updates to senior leaders summarizing findings, risks, and accomplishments. 

  • Assist with audits, including documentation, testing, findings development, and leadership presentations. 

  • Provide analytical and reporting support to senior analysts on high impact initiatives. 

  • Collaborate cross functionally to resolve reporting issues, data discrepancies, and control concerns while ensuring alignment with strategic goals. 

  • Resi and CB Sales Quality Reporting 

  • Asset Management- generators/HVACs, Tech Ops, Supply Chain, Retail 

  • Fleet Assessments 

  • Sr Analyst support 

Required Skills 

  • Analytical skills with the ability to process data and generate insights 

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel 

  • People skills and soft skills for interfacing and communication 

  • Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks 

  • Experience with auditing, reporting, and data analysis 

  • Ability to work independently and proactively 

  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments 

  • Experience supporting asset management and fleet assessments 

  • Ability to support high-impact initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally 

  • Experience with sales quality reporting and control testing 

Preferred Skills 

  • Some sales experience or familiarity with sales quality calls 

  • Experience in asset management, fleet assessments, or related operational analysis 

  • Soft skills for interfacing with senior leaders and conducting sensitive conversations
