This position has reopened 2-3 weeks and not received any strong profiles, and we need new profiles for the Physician Consultant role. We are specifically looking for candidates with strong, hands-on experience in DAX or Dragon Copilot.

The client will not be moving forward with XXXXX for one reason - he uses Dragon Medical one, not Dragon Copilot or DAX Copilot. I need to clarify a critical requirement again, as we are still seeing mismatches.

The client is NOT looking for candidates who use Dragon Medical One (dictation tools). These profiles will be rejected.

They are specifically looking for physicians who have hands-on experience with ambient AI solutions, such as Dragon Copilot or DAX Copilot. This technology automatically listens to patient conversations and generates clinical notes, it is fundamentally different from dictation.

Effective immediately, please only submit candidates who meet the following criteria:

Have direct, hands-on experience using Dragon Copilot or DAX Copilot

Can clearly describe how the tool is used during patient visits (not just dictation)
