Desktop Support/tech

We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Technician to provide exceptional technical support in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executives and deliver top-tier service while contributing to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to end-users, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and executives.
• Document and track support requests in the ticketing system for effective resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and support processes.

Skills

• Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a corporate environment, especially with executive support.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices for service management.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
