Title: Netcracker/OSS Specialist

Job Description We are looking for a skilled Netcracker Engineer / Analyst to support the design, configuration, analysis, and optimization of Netcracker-based solutions within a complex telecom environment. This role works closely with business, technical, and delivery teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-quality implementations. Key Responsibilities - Configure, customize, and support Netcracker applications (e.g., BSS/OSS modules such as Billing, CRM, Order Management, Inventory, or Mediation). - Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into Netcracker configurations or solution designs. - Support end-to-end solution lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. - Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system issues. - Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders. - Create and maintain functional and technical documentation. - Support system integrations with external platforms using APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks. - Participate in testing activities (unit, system, UAT support) and defect resolution. - Ensure solutions align with performance, security, and scalability standards. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience - Hands-on experience with Netcracker (BSS/OSS) in a telecom environment. - Strong understanding of telecom business processes (order-to-cash, trouble-to-resolve, billing, provisioning, etc.). - Experience with configuration and customization of Netcracker modules. - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with SQL and relational databases. - Familiarity with APIs (REST/SOAP), integration patterns, and data flows. - Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments. - Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Education - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
