Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project timelines and deliverables.
- Manage and prioritize assigned tasks to meet deadlines consistently.
- Support communication flow between departments, including scheduling and follow-up.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate issues as necessary.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work on-site during scheduled hours.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
Publishing Pay Range: $100.00 - $110.00 Hourly
