Job Description:

You will design and build automated test suites across the React UI and Java APIs on AWS, embed quality into every sprint, and validate complex workflows such as case lifecycles, financial transactions, and permissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test strategy, test plans, and test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain UI automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress) for React-based screens.
• Automate API tests (REST Assured or Postman/Newman) for Java microservices and integrations.
• Integrate automated suites into GitHub Actions pipelines with clear reporting on pass/fail and coverage.
• Test critical areas: role-based access and sealing, fee/payment calculations, scheduling conflicts, search results, and document generation.
• Validate AI-assisted features for accuracy, grounding, and guardrail behavior alongside the AI Architect.
• Perform regression, integration, and exploratory testing; support UAT with court stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years in software QA, with 6+ years focused on test automation.
• Hands-on with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, preferably using Java or TypeScript.
• Strong API testing experience and understanding of REST, JSON, and HTTP.
• SQL skills for data validation on Amazon RDS; familiarity with MongoDB queries.
• Experience running tests in GitHub Actions and testing applications hosted on AWS.
• Test management and defect tracking with Jira or similar; strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing government, court, or financial systems.
• Performance testing (JMeter, k6) and accessibility testing (axe, WAVE).
• BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
• ISTQB or AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
