Summary

Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis and Documentation creation experience. Must be highly self-directed; requires minimal hand-holding
Prior experience supporting and EHR implementation effort is required. Any EHR would suffice, myEvolv would be a huge benefit
Demonstrated ability to learn clinical workflows quickly when technically strong

Proven strength in:
Visual workflow design
Translating ambiguity into clarity
Independent decision-making
Comfortable telling stakeholders when workflows are unclear or incorrect
Able to balance speed with precision, especially during go-live phases
Background in creating the following documentations pertaining to an EHR implementation and post implementation support:

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Visual workflows (flowcharts + swim lanes)
Training and reference documentation for end users
Quick reference guides with screenshots and system cues
As-Is / To-Be documentation for an EHR implementation
