We are a full-service Public Accounting firm with offices on Long Island and in the city. We have been in business for over 30 years and have grown steadily as we support long time existing clients and new clients. With the backing of a large alliance organization, we have the access to resources to continue to grow. Currently we have 120 employees.
We typically are in office 3 days and work from home 2 days per week.

Job Details
This is a unique position - we are looking for a tax Senior Manager, Director or Partner level to join our team, specifically as a technical expert. There is no Business Development requirements in this role.
What You'll Do
Lead sophisticated tax planning and advisory work across a diverse client base that includes multinational entities, financial services firms, private investment funds, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Core areas include:
International tax structuring (inbound/outbound, M&A, cross-border reorganizations, GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, FTCs, transfer pricing, FATCA/FIRPTA)
Partnership tax planning including Sections 704(b)/(c), disguised sales, targeted allocations, and fund structures (PE, hedge, VC, QOZ, crypto)
UHNW individual planning: pre-immigration, cross-border trust/estate, PPLI, charitable structures, and wealth transfer
ASC 740, tax provision work, and complex U.S./international compliance
IRS controversy, voluntary disclosures, streamlined filings, PLR requests, and technical memos
Business development, practice leadership, and mentoring senior tax professionals
What You Bring
CPA required; JD and/or LL.M. in Taxation a strong plus
15+ years in public accounting and/or law firm tax practice
Recognized technical authority in international tax, partnership taxation, and/or fund structures
Proven book of business and a track record of client origination and growth
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead and expand a practice
Compensation Range $190k-400k depending on experience
