Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst with TriZetto FACETS

Experience: 10+ Years | FACETS Experience: 5+ Years

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong TriZetto FACETS expertise and extensive Healthcare Payer domain experience. The candidate will support FACETS implementations, upgrades, regulatory initiatives, and membership-related business processes.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
5+ years of hands-on experience with TriZetto FACETS.
SME-level expertise in Membership, Enrollment, Eligibility, Billing, and Premium Management.
Strong knowledge of FACETS front-end functionality, batch processing, and backend data models.
Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
Experience with requirements gathering, functional specifications, business process analysis, and solution design.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) organizations.
CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification.
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance, Agile methodologies, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.
Exposure to FACETS Claims and Provider modules.
