Data Analyst
Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid
Must to have skills: MS SQL (querying, writing SQL queries, performance optimization), BI reporting & dashboarding skills, understand of business processes & data, understanding of security related data
5–8 years of experience as a SQL/Data Analyst, with strong hands-on expertise in MS SQL (querying, data manipulation, and performance optimization)
Solid understanding of business domains and the ability to translate business needs into data solutions
Familiarity with cybersecurity data domains (e.g., vulnerability data, threat intelligence, access logs, incident data) and how data supports security operations is a plus
Proven ability to analyze moderately large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights, metrics, and operational reports
Experience identifying data gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies, particularly within security-related datasets
Strong experience working with multiple data sources, including joins, views, and stored procedures, to integrate and transform data
Experience building and supporting dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, SSRS)
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with security teams, engineers, and business stakeholders
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies; familiarity with the agentic AI space or experience building data agents is a plus
