- Act as the primary point of contact for system deployments, operations, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with system developers to enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain systems.
- Ensure mission continuity and optimal operation by working closely with system operators.
- Handle system data output, ensuring proper formatting and delivery.
- Support the customer in evaluating technical performance of developers.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in systems engineering, specifically with SIGINT system design.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively represent the customer with developers and external organizations.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full system development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with data analysis and enterprise data systems.
- Proficiency in terrestrial communications, data circuits, and general networking.
- Educational background: Bachelors degree and 14+ years of experience, or Masters degree and 12+ years of experience, or PhD with 9+ years of experience.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
