Summary

We have an immediate opportunity Production Support Engineer - SQL, Autosys and this role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing AutoSys job schedules to ensure timely execution and quick resolution of failures in a 24x7 production environment. The engineer will perform root-cause analysis for job and batch failures, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement permanent fixes, and support production deployments, release activities, and environment validations. The role also involves participating in on-call rotations, weekend support, and off-hours activities while ensuring strict adherence to SLAs, operational guidelines, and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in SQL Server and Oracle databases, including writing and optimizing queries for troubleshooting, reporting, and validation. Required expertise includes AutoSys job creation, modification, troubleshooting, and JIL understanding, along with solid knowledge of job scheduling and batch operations. Proficiency in Jira for incident and change management, strong MS Office skills for reporting and dashboards, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
