Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations, driving platform strategy, and building scalable solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years of ServiceNow architecture and development
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, GRC/IRM, and SPM
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Experience with AI Agent Studio, Now Assist, and AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Builder, and Client Scripts
• Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications
• Expertise in CMDB architecture, platform governance, performance optimization, and platform upgrades
• Strong leadership experience with architecture reviews, technical mentoring, and enterprise solution design
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-CSM, or CIS-HRSD certifications
• Experience with ITAM, FSM, SecOps, or AIOps implementations
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise digital transformation projects
