Come innovate with us!Position SummaryIn your role as a PCS Equipment Engineering Team Representative you'll be the front-line leader that bridges high-level strategic goals with day-to-day operations. You will manage a PCS equipment engineering team overseeing industrial chiller and abatement systems.
You'll also drive continuous-improvement initiatives, own equipment reliability KPIs, and serve as the primary technical liaison between PCS and executive leadership. Your success will be measured by the team's ability to translate corporate objectives into measurable outputs, improve equipment reliability, reduce failure-rates, and deliver actionable insights that shape our semiconductor manufacturing excellence.
Role and ResponsibilitiesHere's What You'll Be Responsible For:- Strategic Process Performance - Own measurable improvements in equipment reliability, yield, and root cause resolution, ensuring that key reliability KPIs (e.g., MTBF, defect density) consistently meet or exceed defined targets.
Team Capability & Growth - Sustain a high performing engineering team through regular coaching, development plans, and timely performance reviews, driving measurable gains in skill maturity and retention.
Project & Budget Stewardship - Deliver capital and spares budgets on schedule and within cost targets, while championing and closing high impact improvement projects that yield quantifiable cost savings and efficiency gains.
Cross Functional Collaboration & Decision Support - Facilitate multi disciplinary Task Forces and technical meetings, generating actionable insights that resolve complex issues and reduce time to resolution for critical failures.
Executive Level Reporting & Insight - Provide concise, data driven updates to senior leadership on reliability status, improvement progress, and strategic risks, directly influencing enterprise wide decision making.
Continuous Improvement Culture - Drive the adoption of DMAIC, DOE, and advanced data science tools across the department, measured by increased number of implemented process optimizations and reduced defect rates.
Technical Knowledge Leadership - Maintain deep subject matter expertise, ensuring accurate interpretation of failure analysis, yield signals, and integration impacts-directly translating into faster root cause identification and fewer repeat failures.
Skills and QualificationsHere's what you'll need:- Bachelor's degree or 10 yrs. equivalent work experience
- Able to use Microsoft Office software (Expert level Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
