Account Manager – US Staffing

BroadAxis INC is looking for an Account Manager who brings established, direct client relationships and knows how to turn them into sourced requirements, strong bill rates, and high-margin placements.
 
What You'll Do:
🔹 Acquiring requirements directly from client decision-makers — no intermediary layers
🔹 Negotiate competitive bill rates that protect margin and quality
🔹 Own the full account lifecycle — intake, submissions, pipeline, escalations
🔹 Expand accounts by growing your network within client organizations
🔹 Partner with Recruiting & Delivery for fast, compliant submissions
🔹 Track performance metrics — fill ratios, placements, pipeline health
🔹 Resolve escalations with ownership and professionalism
🔹 Maintain audit-ready account documentation (rate cards, compliance, metrics)
 
What You Bring:
✅ 5+ years in US Staffing Account Management
✅ A proven, active network of client POCs —relationship equity from day one
✅ Track record of direct rate negotiation with measurable margin impact
✅ Strong grasp of VMS/MSP platforms, compliance, and submission workflows
✅ Excellent communication and escalation-management skills
