We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Mobile Developer with expertise in both Android and iOS platforms to build and enhance next-generation mobile applications.
This role involves contributing to sophisticated projects in the beauty industry, offering innovative solutions, and balancing responsibilities across both operating systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality Android and iOS applications to support the customer-facing mobile platforms
- Implement and optimize front-end application components while collaborating with backend teams for seamless integration
- Ensure adherence to platform-specific design guidelines and best practices for Android and iOS
- Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions to enhance application performance and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Android and iOS platforms
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and other stakeholders to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly applications
- Lead and mentor junior developers within the team to promote knowledge sharing and improvement
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in mobile development, such as AI technologies and personal AI adoption
- Work within an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Effectively manage dependencies on third-party libraries and services
- Ensure applications meet high standards for networking, caching, multitasking, and performance
- Provide technical expertise during cross-platform development discussions and decision-making processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Android development with knowledge of Java, App Components, and UI frameworks
- 3+ years of experience in iOS development with expertise in Swift and the iOS Platform
- Understanding of Android Design Patterns, coding conventions, and Google's Design Guidelines and Play Developer Program Policies
- Knowledge of networking, local data caching, and multitasking on Android
- Familiarity with 3rd party libraries and services for mobile development
- Experience working within Agile development processes and environments
- Competency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, a plus
- Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting with local and remote members
- Background in developing for other mobile platforms, a plus
- Curiosity in AI technologies and maturity in personal AI adoption
- Fluent communication skills in English at a B2+ level
