Position: QA Analyst with Oracle CC&B and C2M
Location: Dallas, TX (3 days hybrid onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are looking for a QA Analyst with hands-on experience testing Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) and Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter) systems. The candidate will validate billing, metering, and customer service functionalities to ensure system accuracy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for CC&B and C2M applications
• Validate billing cycles, meter data processing, and customer workflows
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Support UAT and ensure quality deliverables

Required Skills:

• Experience in Oracle CC&B and/or C2M testing
• Strong knowledge of utility domain (billing, metering, customer management)
• Familiarity with SQL and defect tracking tools
• Good analytical and communication skills
