Agile Project Manager with experience managing enterprise application development and deployment projects, including IBM Maximo implementations and enhancements. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams through Agile methodologies, coordinating project planning, sprint execution, requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Experience working with modern application technologies including Angular and Node.js, along with AWS cloud environments. Strong understanding of software development life cycle, Agile/Scrum practices, release management, risk and dependency management, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end project delivery.
Key responsibilities include coordinating development and deployment activities, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing project timelines and deliverables, removing impediments, tracking risks and issues, and ensuring successful delivery across business and technical teams.
