Position: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
Location : Rockville MD - Onsite 
Duration : Long Term
Experience: 9+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business process analysis and reengineering initiatives.
* Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
* Analyze current-state processes and design future-state processes.
* Create process flows, swimlane diagrams, workflow models, and gap analysis.
* Gather and document business, functional, data, and system requirements.
* Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability.
* Support Salesforce and application modernization initiatives.
* Work with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and business needs.
* Support UAT, change management, training, and user adoption.
* Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, AI, and process improvement.

Required Skills: Business Process Reengineering, Requirements Gathering, Agile, Process Modeling, User Stories, UAT, Stakeholder Management, Visio/Lucidchart/Miro, Jira/Confluence, and Technology Modernization.
