Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in working with government clients and expertise in Medicare programs. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery for healthcare initiatives, ensuring compliance with government regulations while driving efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Work closely with government agencies and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, compliance, and business units
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Ensure quality assurance and adherence to industry and government standards
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external government clients

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Proven experience working with government clients
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare programs and healthcare regulations
  • Experience managing large-scale healthcare or IT projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, claims processing, or CMS guidelines
  • Prior experience in public sector or healthcare consulting environments
