The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful business intelligence initiatives. As a Director you are expected to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You are crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders, fostering environments where people and technology thrive together.

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the strategic direction for business intelligence initiatives
- Lead business development efforts to drive growth
- Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Maintain and enhance executive-level client relationships

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Building a managed services organization
- Leading cloud scale development for Data Integration
- Oversight and guidance in Data Integration tools
- Interacting with data quality systems and processes
- Understanding multi-cloud/hybrid cloud data integration
- Creating data models for business applications
- Architecting large volume/scale data integration performance
- Leading the development of accelerators/prebuilt solutions
- Master's Degree preferred

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
