- Lead strategy and delivery for a multi product digital financial platform spanning customer onboarding, payments, money movement, personal finance tools, and investment experiences.
- Own end to end product roadmap, vision, and KPI performance across a broad consumer financial lifecycle.
- Oversee digital onboarding flows including identity verification, fraud controls, and conversion optimization for both self service and assisted channels.
- Drive core banking capabilities such as deposits, payments, account management, and card functionality.
- Guide long term engagement initiatives including financial wellness insights, credit visibility, planning tools, and personalized customer value features.
- Manage digital investment experiences, including brokerage style functionality, automated advice tools, and emerging asset classes within regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate cross functionally with engineering, design, operations, risk, and compliance to deliver large scale platform initiatives.
- Present strategic direction, tradeoff decisions, and performance analytics to executive stakeholders.
- Use experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel analytics, behavior tracking) to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Evaluate vendors, negotiate partnerships, and lead build vs buy decisions with documented ROI analysis.
- Lead and mentor senior product managers and VPs; responsible for succession planning and organizational leadership.
- Integrate automation and machine learning into product experiences and internal processes to increase speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Ideal background includes product leadership in fintech, digital banking, payments, onboarding/identity, or investment technology sectors.
- Strong analytical competency required, including experience with product reporting tools and KPI ownership.
- Must be comfortable operating in a regulated environment with complex stakeholder considerations.
