Hardware Failure Analysis Engineer Lead: BS or MS degree in one of the Engineering disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineers, Computer Science, Optical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering s.
3+ years of product development experience for complex system which comprises electrical, mechanical and firmware components.
Strong hands-on lab skills and enthusiasm in solving real world production problems.
Required: Strong PCBA and module failure analysis skills and experience.
Hands-on experience with optical modules.
Experience in manufacturing process improvements.
Experience with Linux operating systems.
Python programming skills.
Pluses: Conduct product troubleshooting, bringing up and rework.
Develop product troubleshooting procedures.
Provide failure analysis findings to hardware development engineers to improve hardware reliability and quality.
Provide on-site technical support to our manufacturing partners to resolve production fallouts and failure analysis findings to manufacturing process engineers to improve yield and quality.

Estimated Max Rate: $40.00/hr+. Depends on work experience
