Position Overview
As part of the Automation Team, you will independently design and develop AI based intelligent automation solutions in line with requirements provided by the Product team
Must Have:
• 5-7 years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in PHP for backend development (Laravel or Symfony experience a plus) and Python
Key Qualifications
• 5-7 years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in PHP for backend development (Laravel or Symfony experience a plus) and Python
• Strong experience with React.js, including hooks, component lifecycle, and state management
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or backend services
• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query optimization
• Experience with RESTful API design and consumption
• Familiarity with version control using Git
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
Responsibilities
• As part of the Automation Team, you will independently design and develop AI based intelligent automation solutions in line with requirements provided by the Product team
• Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts for both existing functionality and new features.
• Contribute to multiple initiatives, balancing new feature development with documentation and on-time delivery.
• Communicate status and progress in a timely manner, including sprint review reports, presentations, and planning demos for new features and MVPs.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional meetings to strengthen collaboration within and across teams.
