Role: ETL Developer

 Summary

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with over 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL development, data warehousing, and data transformation with the ability to build scalable data pipelines and ensure high-quality data delivery across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines for large-scale data integration projects.

·       Extract data from multiple sources, transform it according to business requirements, and load it into data warehouses or data lakes.

·       Develop and optimize ETL workflows, mappings, and transformations to ensure performance and scalability.

·       Work closely with data architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, performance, and integration issues.

·       Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across different data sources.

·       Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data models, and workflows.

·       Implement best practices for ETL design, performance tuning, and data governance.

·       Support production deployments and monitor ETL jobs.

Required Skills

·       Strong experience in ETL development and data integration.

·       Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, or similar tools.

·       Strong knowledge of SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).

·       Experience working with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

·       Experience with data transformation, data cleansing, and data validation techniques.

·       Strong understanding of performance tuning and optimization for ETL jobs.

·       Experience working with large datasets and enterprise data environments.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

·       Knowledge of Python or scripting languages for automation.

·       Experience with data lakes, big data technologies, or modern data pipelines.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
