Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with online learning technology is a plus.
Job Duties
- Take inbound calls for customer service
- Assist stuents with technical support
- Provide advise for students' education
