Gen AI Engineer/Architect

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly experienced Gen AI Engineer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dialogflow CX, conversational AI, Agentic Depth, SCRAPI, and CCaaS. This individual will play a key role in developing cutting-edge AI solutions and architecting innovative AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using Dialogflow CX and conversational AI technologies.
• Architect AI systems with a focus on Agentic Depth principles to create personalized and engaging user experiences.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project goals.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AI trends and technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
• Conduct research and experimentation to improve AI models and algorithms.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Dialogflow CX and conversational AI.
• Experience with Agentic Depth principles in AI design.
• Familiarity with SCRAPI and CCaaS technologies.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in AI engineering and architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms such as Google Cloud AI.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
