Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior React Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud, modern AI/GenAI integrations, and scalable enterprise application development.

The ideal candidate will act as a technical lead, owning end-to-end architecture, cloud deployments, AI integrations, and mentoring junior engineers while delivering high-performance, cloud-native full-stack applications.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Lead design and development of scalable full-stack solutions.
• Architect cloud-native applications using Azure services.
• Design secure, multi-tenant, enterprise-grade systems.
• Define coding standards, DevOps strategy, and best practices.

Frontend (React)

• Develop complex enterprise UI applications using React.js + TypeScript.
• Implement advanced state management (Redux Toolkit / Context API).
• Optimize performance and accessibility.
• Build reusable component libraries and UI frameworks.

Backend & APIs

• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using:
• Node.js / .NET Core / Python
• Implement event-driven architecture.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Design scalable data models and caching strategies.

Azure Cloud Expertise

Hands-on experience with:

• Azure App Services
• Azure Functions
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Azure API Management
• Azure Service Bus / Event Grid
• Azure Storage / Blob
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
• Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)

Strong understanding of:

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM / Bicep)
• Containerization (Docker + Kubernetes)
• Monitoring & Observability (App Insights, Log Analytics)

AI / GenAI Integration Experience (Must Have)

• Experience integrating:
• Azure OpenAI
• Azure Cognitive Services
• AI chatbots / Copilots
• Prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration
• Secure AI API integration into enterprise apps
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architecture
• Model deployment and API integration knowledge

Required Qualifications

• 8–12 years of full-stack development experience
• 5+ years in React.js
• 4+ years working with Azure Cloud
• Strong experience with microservices architecture
• Experience building scalable SaaS applications
• Solid understanding of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, RBAC
