Job Title:  Asset Management Analyst
Location:  2 Broadway, New York, NY (Onsite)
Duration:  12 Months
(with potential for extension)
Start Date:  Estimated 10/1
W2 Hourly Rate:  $35-$45/hour

Overview:

We are seeking a Asset Management Analyst who will support our NYC client.
This role supports ongoing IT Asset Management operations and State of Good Repair (SOGR) lifecycle initiatives by maintaining accurate hardware inventory and asset records across multiple locations. The analyst will help strengthen lifecycle tracking, reporting, compliance, and deployment/recovery activities while coordinating with IT field teams and end users.


Duties:
  • Analyze the client IT asset database and validate hardware inventories across multiple locations to maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow.
  • Review, refine, and document asset management processes and procedures to support consistent lifecycle management practices.
  • Research new device models and part standards and support accurate tracking of computer-related assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Generate scheduled asset reporting to support compliance requirements, audits, inventory reconciliation, and executive oversight.
  • Coordinate with IT field teams and end users to support asset deployments, recoveries, transfers, and inventory validation activities.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing use of new asset management tools, systems, and modules.

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of logistics experience.
  • 1-2 years of Desktop Engineer experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience with operating system hardware and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
  • Ability to support large-scale IT asset deployment and recovery initiatives.


Desirable Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or another enterprise asset management platform.
  • Experience with enterprise asset tracking, lifecycle management, inventory reconciliation, and data analysis.
  • Desktop support experience.
  • Broader asset management and logistics experience supporting IT hardware operations.
