Your New Role

As an HVAC Service Technician in Norwalk, Connecticut, you will:

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems

• Work on central air conditioners, heat pumps, oil furnaces, gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems

• Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal inspections, and system evaluations

• Identify performance issues and present customers with effective repair or upgrade options

• Test electrical components, airflow, refrigerant levels, and system safety controls

• Complete service reports and documentation using company-provided technology

• Ensure all work complies with local regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards

• Maintain an organized service vehicle and professional presentation

• Deliver outstanding customer service while clearly communicating system findings and recommendations

• High school diploma and technical school education

• Connecticut HVAC S1, S2, or D2 license preferred

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• EPA Universal Certification preferred

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Mechanical aptitude and a dependable work ethic

• Valid driver\'s license

• Authorized to work in the United States
