Job Description:
Senior level developer with extensive experience in React Native, strong knowledge of backend integrations, and the ability to design scalable application architectures. As a member of our team, you’ll help guide technical decisions, mentor colleagues, and uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and usability across both mobile and web platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high quality web and mobile applications with a strong focus on performance, usability, and reliability
- Ensure cross-browser/platform compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Write clear, concise and well documented code
- Effectively manage timelines and expectations
- Perform and lead through code reviews
- Coordinate releases with other squads
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable application architectures across mobile and web platforms, translating business and user requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA and UX/UI members to deliver high-quality solutions
- Partner with backend developers to define API contracts, data models, and integration strategies
Required Experience
- 5+ years of web and mobile application development
- 3+ years of experience with React Native
- Experienced in building applications that consume RESTful JSON APIs
- Experience working with distributed development teams within an agile environment
- Deep understanding of how to optimize React Native apps for iOS and Android, including offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Some experience in C#
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Hands-on development experience in web and mobile application design, development, testing and deployment in both consumer and enterprise-based applications
- Proficient in responsive design and layout aesthetics
- Familiar with accessibility standards and design systems
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and component libraries
- Experience in AI, Git, Redux, React native web, Mobile and Web UI
- Knowledge in leveraging AI-assisted development tools
- Experience leading/mentoring a team
- Healthcare, Epic or other EHR knowledge is a plus
