Minimum Education Requirements:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related fields.
- Holding a Master’s degree is advantageous but not a requirement.
- Practical experience will be considered highly significant.
Technical Skills and Experience:
- A robust foundation in software engineering, encompassing knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, code optimization, and adherence to best coding practices.
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience with technologies including but not limited to Angular, React, Python, C#, .NET Core, and database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- At least 5 years of practice in cloud technology, particularly in developing cloud-native solutions with serverless architectures, Platform as a Service (PaaS), and microservices on Microsoft Azure.
- Proficient in various development methodologies and tools, including Extreme Programming (XP), Lean principles, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Development Security Operations (DevSecOps), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub, SonarQube, etc., to accelerate the delivery of high-quality products.
- A strong plus for applicants with expertise in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
