Job Title: Oracle Cloud Procurement Functional Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Procurement Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement modules to support implementation, enhancement, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, supply chain, finance, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient procurement solutions aligned with business processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Oracle Cloud Procurement implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
Gather and analyze business requirements for procurement processes and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
Configure and support Oracle Procurement modules including:
- Purchasing
- Self Service Procurement (SSP)
- Supplier Portal
- Supplier Qualification & Management
- Sourcing
- Procurement Contracts (optional)
Configure procurement setups such as procurement business units, approval rules, document styles, catalogs, suppliers, and purchasing policies.
Design and manage approval workflows using BPM.
Support supplier onboarding, supplier registration, and supplier portal integrations.
Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure correct integration with Payables, Receiving, and General Ledger.
Support UAT, SIT, data validation, and production support.
Assist with data migration of suppliers, purchase orders, agreements, and catalogs.
Develop functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
Support integrations with third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) (preferred).
Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Oracle Procurement (Cloud and/or EBS).
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
Experience configuring approval workflows (BPM).
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance, SCM, IT).
Hands-on experience in UAT and production support.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
