We are seeking a Lead AI & Data Architect to drive enterprise-scale transformation by integrating advanced AI capabilities into modern data warehouse and analytics platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for owning end-to-end solution architecture, guiding technical strategy, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, AI governance, and security frameworks.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, business stakeholders, and engineering teams, while leading multiple concurrent initiatives across AI, data engineering, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and delivery of AI-enabled data warehouse and BI solutions
- Define and implement end-to-end enterprise architecture aligned with business goals
- Design and integrate Generative AI capabilities into analytics and data platforms
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, AI governance, and security policies
- Architect scalable, high-performance data solutions across cloud environments
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams, providing mentorship and technical direction
- Design secure integration patterns using APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and data pipelines
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define technology strategy and roadmap
- Establish best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks for enterprise systems
- Oversee cloud deployment strategies and infrastructure automation
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience with expertise in:
- Enterprise architecture design
- Data modeling and data warehouse implementation
- Advanced analytics platforms
- 3+ years of experience integrating Generative AI into BI/data warehouse ecosystems
- 5+ years of cloud architecture experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
- 5+ years leading technical teams in complex enterprise environments
- Extensive experience designing secure, scalable integration architectures, including:
- APIs
- Microservices
- Event-driven systems
- Data integration pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on programming experience with:
- Python and/or C#
- SQL and advanced query optimization
- Experience with modern data platforms such as:
- Experience building data visualization and dashboards (Power BI or similar)
- Strong expertise in creating:
- Architecture diagrams
- Technical design documentation
- Standards and best practices
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to executive audiences
