Summary
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (AI Delivery) to lead and manage AI-driven technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering AI, Cloud, or Data Engineering projects while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project execution from planning through deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, Cloud, or Data Engineering projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Track project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate effectively with hybrid on-site and offshore development teams.
Manage project schedules, budgets, dependencies, and resource planning.
Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to stakeholders.
Facilitate communication across business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and delivery best practices.
Support continuous process improvement and delivery optimization.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.
Proven experience delivering AI, Cloud, or Data Engineering projects.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience coordinating distributed on-site and offshore teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing AI/ML or Generative AI initiatives.
Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms.
PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certifications are a plus.
Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional engineering teams.
