The VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Engineer / Senior Architect is a Senior-level technical role responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, and operational support of VMware Cloud Foundation and VMware vSphere 8/9 environments. This role supports {CUSTOMER} project delivery through staff augmentation, operating in a remote, time-and-materials engagement, and is accountable for end-to-end technical execution across infrastructure modernization, migration, and optimization initiatives.

In effect, the candidate will be working on projects where they are expected to not have to rely on BroadComm support. They are supposed to be the smartest in the room.
For the most part, these are a series of significant VCF upgrades project or greenfield deployments of best practice VCF architectures.
Technical Skills
Extensive hands-on experience with:
o VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
o VMware vSphere 8/9
o VMware SDDC architecture and lifecycle management
Proven expertise in design, deployment, and migration of enterprise VMware environments.
Strong understanding of virtualization platform best practices, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Professional Experience
level architect or engineer experience supporting enterprise or service-provider environments.
Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex infrastructure initiatives from design through execution.
Experience working in staff augmentation or consulting engagements supporting multiple concurrent projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
