Legal document management migration to iManage.

Own end to end delivery including planning, execution, schedules, budgets, vendors, and executive reporting across IT, Finance, Procurement, Data & Analytics, and Legal.
Ideal Profile:
8+ years IT project management experience; strong background in finance/procurement systems and document migrations. AI/analytics and iManage experience a plus.
Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and support two strategic initiatives, including a Finance related AI program and the implementation of a new document management platform called iManage for the company s Legal
Department.
AI Project (50%):
This role will be responsible for driving the design and delivery of an enterprise scale, AI powered Supplier Spend Intelligence platform that improves cost transparency, supplier performance, and sourcing decision making. The Project Manager will coordinate cross functional teams across IT, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Data & Analytics to transform fragmented financial and spend data into actionable insights using advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation, while ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and disciplined execution.
Document Management Project (50%):
The PM will also lead a high-visibility strategic initiative to migrate critical department-wide document repository from legacy on-premise systems to a modern cloud-based platform. This role requires a hybrid leader capable of managing rigorous technical details such as document mapping, validation, and system decommissioning while driving stakeholder alignment across Legal and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of two complex projects, including a Finance focused AI project and a new Legal Document Management platform.
Execution: Rigorously drive the planning, design, and execution of both projects (including but not limited to status reports, risk logs, cutover plans, etc.). Act as the bridge between technical teams (Architecture, Security, IT Operations) and business units (Legal Operations) to translate technical constraints into business impacts as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leads, IT product owners, and external partners to ensure requirements are captured and delivered against the project charter and scope.
Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track CapEx/OpEx allocations, and support teammates with expense reporting guidance, including handling Project Change Requests (PCRs) for scope or budget variances.
Resource Coordination: Work with internal teams to onboard and manage resources, including potential reporting structure adjustments.
Schedule Management: Build and maintain project schedules for both projects.
Documentation: Maintain project documentation (SharePoint, JIRA).
Data Migration: Lead planning for document extraction, transformation, and loading, ensuring 100% document integrity and compliance with retention schedules.
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external document migration implementation partners to ensure deliverables meet SOW requirements.
Reporting: Status reports, and dashboards. Ensure compliance with internal standards and audit readiness.
Qualifications
8+ years of project management experience in IT, preferably within financial/procurement systems or ERP implementations, as well as document management and migration.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, procurement processes, and enterprise integration platforms.
Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, Oracle EBS/Cloud, Coupa.
Experience with iManage document management system a plus.
Experience with AI, Analytics, Machine Learning based classification, NLP, anomaly detection, predictive analytics preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manages expectations effectively.
Product experience a plus.
PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
