Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Program Manager
Experience 10+ Years
Location – Pleasanton, CA (100% Onsite)
Interview Hours PST

Must be local to the Pleasanton area and able to work from the Pleasanton office full-time. Remote work is not available.

Key Requirements:

Strong experience managing Salesforce programs/projects, including cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
Prior hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, with strong command of Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, tracking, and delivery governance.
Ability to manage project plans, risks, dependencies, milestones, and executive/client reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be confident in client-facing discussions.
Ability to work closely with business, technical, QA, and delivery teams to ensure timely execution.
Salesforce certification and experience in Salesforce implementation/enhancement programs will be preferred.
