ADF Data Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking a skilled ADF Engineer with strong experience in Snowflake and SQL. This role focuses on maintaining and improving data pipelines, managing code migrations, and supporting reliable data flows. This is a local preferred position, requiring onsite presence 2-3 times a week.

Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and optimize Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines
* Work with Snowflake for data loading, transformation, and performance tuning
* Support maintenance processes across the data environment, including debugging and enhancing existing pipelines
* Manage and assist with code migrations and integration tasks
* Work with APIs, data connections, data flows, and relational databases to ensure smooth data movement
* Troubleshoot issues and improve system reliability
* Communicate with business partners to understand consumer expectations and data needs
* Support light data science tasks as needed
* Contribute to team and platform growth as the role expands

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree (required)
* Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
* Proficiency in Snowflake and SQL
* Solid understanding of APIs, data flows, and relational database structures
* Local candidates strongly preferred; onsite 1x/week required

Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications in ADF, Snowflake, Azure, or related technologies
* Experience with consumer related strategy or customer analytics is a plus
* Experience collaborating with product management teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
