Reporting Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Reporting Analyst to design, build, and maintain data reports that support business decision-making. In this role, you will use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning raw data into meaningful insights through clean, efficient SQL.

Key Responsibilities:
* Write and optimize SQL queries to create recurring and ad-hoc reports
* Develop dashboards and standardized reports for stakeholders
* Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot data discrepancies
* Partner with business and technical teams to understand reporting needs
* Document report logic, data definitions, and processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning)
* Experience with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS)
* Solid understanding of relational databases and data concepts
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to translate business questions into clear, actionable reports

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
