Summary

Job Title: QA Automation & Mobile Tester

Location: New York City (Downtown – 5 Days Onsite)
Experience: 8+ Years
Employment Type: Contract (C2C)

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation & Mobile Tester with 8+ years of experience in automation testing and strong expertise in mobile application testing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in building and executing Selenium-based automation frameworks and working with Cucumber (BDD) in an enterprise environment.

MOBILE TESTING EXPERTISE IS MUST.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver
Write and execute automation scripts using Cucumber (BDD)
Perform end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications
Develop and maintain reusable Selenium scripts for regression and functional testing
Execute mobile testing (iOS & Android) across devices and platforms
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams to understand requirements
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables
Identify, track, and report defects using tools like JIRA
Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and timely delivery
Support CI/CD pipelines and automation integration

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

8+ years of QA experience with strong focus on Automation Testing
Hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver
Strong experience in Cucumber (BDD framework)
Proven experience writing and maintaining Selenium automation scripts
Strong mobile testing experience (iOS & Android)
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Appium or other mobile automation tools
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
Experience in banking/financial services domain
Knowledge of API testing (Postman/RestAssured)

Work Model

100% Onsite – 5 days/week in Downtown NYC
No remote or hybrid option
